End User License Agreement (EULA)
Too Long Didn’t Read(TLDR) –
You can use Eastern Underground products without restrictions in commercial and non-commercial musical compositions.
You cannot re-distribute, re-sell, upload to a file sharing site, or use Eastern Underground products as source material for your own sample libraries, sound sets, sample packs or similar projects. Catalyst requires full version of Kontakt 6.8.0 or above.
Long Version –
By downloading and using any products made by Eastern Underground, whether paid or free, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
You are granted a perpetual single user license to use the sounds/virtual instruments made by Eastern Underground in musical compositions, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, without having to pay any additional licensing fees or royalties. You can install and use the sounds/virtual instruments on up to 3 computers, provided they are used only by you.
You can not re-package, re-sample or use the sounds made by Eastern Underground as source material for any new sample libraries, sound sets, sample packs or similar products, without express permission from Eastern Underground. In other words, you are of course free to process the sounds in any way you want for use in your music, but you can not distribute the resulting processed sound on it’s own in any form or way. If you wish to use sounds made by Eastern Underground as source material for your own sample library, sound set, sample pack or similar, please get in touch to discuss a licensing deal.
You agree to protect this software from piracy and to not re-distribute it in any way.
The sounds, coding and any associated intellectual property are licensed to you, not sold. Eastern Underground retains full ownership of the sounds and any associated intellectual property.
Please note the products that are made for the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt as stated clearly on the website under Tech specs for each product in red- Kontakt Full Version Required – they will not work in the free Kontakt Player! It is your responsibility to ensure you own the software necessary to use any product made by Eastern Underground. You can not expect a refund if you do not own the full version of Kontakt that is required for the mentioned sample libraries that will only run on the Kontakt Full version.
No shipping policy applies or is valid since all goods sold by Eastern Underground are digital unless stated otherwise!
Refund & Cancellation Policies
Please note that digital products cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded! This is enforced because as soon as you make a purchase on the website, an automatic email with the License Key of the product is sent to you. Data Privacy Policy
By downloading any product made by Eastern Underground, you agree to be signed up to the mailing list, and will receive occasional email about new products, sales and editorial content. 1. Eligibility

2.2 License Grant
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the Product for your own personal or commercial music productions, including:
Audio recordings
Films, videos, or multimedia
Podcasts or games
This license does not allow you to:
Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the Product or any part of it.
Use the Product in isolation for resale (e.g., as part of a sample pack or preset collection).
Claim ownership of the original content.
3. Purchasing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Payment Process
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as Cashfree payments or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
3.2 Order Fulfillment
Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to the purchased digital Product (License Keys). Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law.
